Products Specifications
Inconel 600 (UNS N06600) pipes are available in welded and seamless forms for high-temperature, corrosive, and cryogenic service. With outstanding resistance to oxidation and chloride stress-corrosion, Inconel 600 piping is specified in chemical plants, heat exchangers, nuclear and aerospace applications. OD from 6 mm to 219 mm per ASTM B167 / B517.
1Product Overview
2Material & Manufacturing
Pure nickel (Ni200/Ni201) offers excellent corrosion resistance in alkaline media and reducing environments, combined with high electrical and thermal conductivity. These properties make it the reference material for alkaline water electrolysis electrodes, battery current collectors, and GDL/PTL media in PEM and AEM cells where stability under high pH and hydrogen evolution is essential.
TOPTITECHS supplies nickel products from vacuum-melted ingots with verified chemical composition per ASTM B160/B162. Dimensional tolerances, surface condition, and electrical conductivity are tested on each production batch, giving customers consistent electrochemical performance in cell stacks.

7Where This Product Fits
Seamless and welded tubular products are manufactured with controlled wall thickness, ovality, and surface condition, and are pressure-tested where service requires it. In process piping, instrumentation, and fluid transfer, predictable dimensional accuracy simplifies installation and long-term maintenance.
Custom diameters, wall schedules, end preparation (thread, groove, flare), and fitting geometries such as tees and reducers are produced in-house for OEM and retrofit projects.
How to select: define OD, wall schedule, length, and service pressure/temperature; choose welded or seamless by application criticality; and specify end preparation and testing (hydrostatic, eddy current) requirements. We can supply fittings and manifolds to complete the system.
8FAQ
What is the difference between welded and seamless?
Seamless tubes have no longitudinal weld and are preferred for high-pressure or cyclic service; welded tubes offer better cost and wall uniformity for less critical duty. Both are available in the same grades.
Can you supply fittings?
Yes. Tees, elbows, reducers, flanges, and complete manifolds are produced in-house, with welding per applicable codes.
Welded or seamless Inconel 600 pipe?
Seamless offers higher pressure ratings; welded is more economical for larger diameters. We supply both.
